Experienced Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 3 years of heavy litigation experience. Should have: excellent working knowledge of Federal and State Court Procedures and Processes; Ability to manage voluminous discovery documents; Exceptional grammar, punctuation and proofreading skills; Strong verbal and written communication abilities; Ability to assist clients in person, via emails and via telephone; Proven ability to prioritize and deal with multiple tasks; Ability to work autonomously while remaining a team player; Professional, positive and detail-oriented approach to work and problem solving; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint; Knowledge of case management software is a plus.
