Attorney Recruiting Manager Candidate will lead lateral associate and staff attorney hiring efforts across the Firm s domestic offices. Will work closely with firm leadership to identify, interview, and hire attorney candidates. Will serve as a conduit of information, ensure completion of all aspects of the recruiting process, including development of a business plan and conducting financial analysis. Bachelor s degree in English, Public Relations, Human Resources or related field, with 5 years of recruiting experience is required. Must have direct experience with the management of lateral hiring in the professional services industry or ideally in a large law firm. Must have: Solid understanding of business analysis and financial reports. Effective written and oral communication skills, including proficiency in delivering presentations and use of social media for sourcing candidates. Experience with negotiating search firm contracts and offer letters. Excellent client service mentality. Professional demeanor. Team player who is self-motivated to accomplish business goals. Attention to detail. Maintains confidentiality. Advanced technology skills with Microsoft office and knowledge of extranets and/or databases. Strong planning and organizational talent.
