Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support the attorneys in a variety of civil cases types including: guardianships, wills, trusts, contract, real estate, personal injury, among others. Primary Responsibilities: Drafting and filing of pleadings; Maintain department calendar; Drafting discovery; Legal research; Significant client contact. Previous litigation experience is required. should have excellent organizational skills. Must have working familiarity with modern office computing (Microsoft Teams, Adobe, MsOffice, Zoom). Working familiarity with MDEC efiling and Portal is needed. Prior experience with Maryland Guardianship practice is preferred.
