Seeking an Attorney to work in the Firm s employee benefits litigation practice. Most of the work will be Trust Fund litigation seeking delinquent employer contributions and related damages. Duties include employee benefits litigation, filing mechanics liens and stop notices, and filing claims and litigating in bankruptcy. A portion of the work may include working on behalf of labor unions. Should have the capability of working independently, and have excellent writing skills. 1 year of legal experience is required.
