Family Law Attorney The candidate will practice in all aspects of family law. Will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, planning legal strategy, drawing up legal documents, advising clients, and interacting with opposing attorneys. Will represent clients in court proceedings. Analysis of legal and factual issues in complex cases. Legal research and memo/brief writing. Prepare and draft legal documents, including declarations, on behalf of clients. Advise clients on family law related issues. Negotiate settlements. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Handle some family law cases from start to finish. Will have cases to handle as lead counsel as well as provide support as needed to the senior partner. The candidate must be a member of the Bar in good standing. Previous experience in family law is helpful but not required. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication. Must be able to manage time and work independently.
