Part-time Real Estate Law Attorney The candidate will be responsible for looking for the right attorney with high energy and the ability to work remote on a project (case by case) basis as needed. Prepare files for litigation and trials, communications with opposing parties, trial and hearings, negotiation of settlements, and various aspects of litigation. Most Preferred Jurisdictions: IA, MT, OR, AR and NM. UBE licensing preferred, and/or multi-licensed candidates strongly preferred. Should have strong preference with timeshare, litigation, contract, and HOA experience. Should have a good understanding of contract and real estate law. NOTE: This is a Contract Job.
