Commercial Litigation Paralegal Candidate will interact with attorneys for processing garnishments, as well as engage in the post-judgment process, including preparing responses to Interrogatories in Attachment. Will be well versed in the collection process and be able to work independently. Qualifications: Bachelor degree and/or Paralegal certification. 5 A" 8 years A? experience in a collection law firm or bank. Experience with handling garnishment(s), handling post-judgment process, and responding to interrogatories. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage a high volume workload. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites.
