Experienced Corporate/M&A Attorney The candidate will be handling business transactions, including asset and stock purchases, mergers, and joint venture/operating agreements, as well as general corporate matters. Should have extensive experience. Also, experience or a strong interest in securities work including private placement memoranda, and/or intellectual property experience including trademark prosecutions, technology agreements, and licensing agreements is preferred. Admission to the State Bar is required.
