Litigation Associate Attorney Candidate will speak with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. Will do legal research, draft motions, discovery and will need to attend and argue hearings, take depositions, mediations, and trials. Requirements: Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing. 2+ years of experience in first property insurance or personal injury. Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc. Superb negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Have a proactive approach to problem-solving. Team-oriented.
