Settlements Paralegal / Accountant - Bilingual The candidate will manage cases from settlement to disbursement. Will analyze cost associated with each case and compile backup for each cost. Collect up to date medical bills all from providers client treated with. Work with medical providers to reduce medical bills. Verify all health insurance liens and medical provider Letters of Protection. Update client on process and answer any questions. Draft a settlement statement for each client. Meet with clients to go over their settlement statement. Solicit reviews from satisfied clients. Must have experience in a personal injury law firm. Must have Bi-lingual Settlements Paralegal with experience.
