Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will manage personal injury cases and serve as the point of contact for clients. Contact clients, insurance companies, and medical providers as necessary. Maintain confidential information, including medical records, insurance details, and contact information. Arrange and following-up with client care as needed. Ensure progress towards case settlement; and other duties as assigned. Should preferably have a high school or equivalent degree with 1 year of relevant and 2 years of Paralegal experience. Should have paralegal experience; effective written and oral communication; outstanding organization and attention to detail; the flexibility to handle changing and growing workload; positive and professional relationships at all levels; task-oriented and focused; proficiency in the Spanish language; ability to take direction; be a self-starter; basic computer skills; and experience with office tasks. Should be a responsible, organized, and friendly individual.
