Associate Attorney (Immigration) The candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English and have experience working with USCIS and the Immigration Court. Must have excellent communication, writing, time management and analytical skills. Position will focus on removal defense, asylum, waivers, representation at USCIS interviews, motions to reopen, and appeals. Attorney must also be willing to assist with initial client consultations as needed. Some travel required. Paid vacation, competitive salary, and commission on contracts. Experience preferred but candidates who recently passed the bar exam are also welcome to apply.
