Temporary Commercial Real Estate Paralegal The candidate should preferably have 5-7 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, will be well versed in all aspects of real estate transactions and finance, will have exceptional project management skills, and will be able to work independently to manage transactions. Responsibilities include to: Drafting and reviewing various contracts and agreements (e.g., real estate contracts, leases, commercial transactions, etc.). Handling all aspects of large purchase, sale, financing, and related projects and transactions. Significant direct client contact and interaction. Interfacing with lenders, servicers, title underwriters, surveyors, design professionals, local officials, etc. in closing and post-closing matters. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and have demonstrated significant independent project management, database management, multitasking, and communication skills.
