Of Counsel Attorney The candidate should have experience drafting a variety of estate planning documents (including advanced tax sensitive strategies), administering trusts and estates, and handling estate, gift, GST, fiduciary income, and property tax issues. Preference is given to one with a tax and accounting background, experience with income taxation of partnerships, LLCs, individuals and corporations and experience with contested or disputed trusts and estates.
