Bankruptcy Paralegal/Clerk, Part-time, Contract Clerk must have previous experience preparing chapter 7/13 petitions, gathering and sending out trustee requests, preparing motions and proofs of service, who is professional yet warm and eager to learn and grow with our firm. Although previous chapter 11 experience is a plus. Previous experience with Pacer/ECF/Bestcase/Word/Excel is a must.
