Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys with all tasks pertaining to the litigation work up of asbestos cases. Will be responsible for drafting pleadings, talking to clients, maintaining attorney calendars and case deadlines, filing documents with the courts, and other miscellaneous paralegal duties. Must have 1-2 years of Plaintiff's personal injury experience (Preferably prior asbestos experience). Should have Associates or Bachelor s degree in Paralegal Studies or a similar field. Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills is required. Excellent Typing skills and Computer Literacy is needed.
