Attorney: Commercial Litigation The candidate must be a litigator with experience managing a broad range of commercial litigation matters. Portable book of business preferred for Senior Litigator. Must be skilled at strategy development and driving cases independently. Must have experience preparing pleadings and written discovery, researching and briefing complex issues, presenting oral arguments, taking and defending depositions, and possess prior trial or arbitration experience. Should be a highly motivated self-starter. Must have a commitment to providing excellent client service along with behavior aligned with the firm values and positive culture. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Demonstrated communication and leadership skills are required. Must have a high growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent professional background and references are required.
