Personal Injury Attorney The candidate must have 1+ year of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation is preferred. Must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Must be licensed and in good standing with CO, AZ, and/or NM State Bars is a plus. Should have experience drafting and responding to motions. Must have substantial knowledge of TRCP and Rules of Evidence.
