Spanish Speaking Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have 1-3 years of immigration experience. Pay rate will depend on experience. Duties include: maintaining frequent communication with clients, preparing forms and drafting employer letters. The applicant must efficiently and accurately complete cases under the supervision of supervising attorneys. Time management and organizational skills are essential to effectively handle the high-volume of cases that will be assigned. Must be completely fluent in both Spanish and English. Experience submitting applications to and interacting with USCIS, the NVC and other government agencies in cases such as I-130, I-485, I-589, I-601A, I-751, I-765, 42B and N-400. Should have strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Must be able to execute the entire application process with attorney support and work independently.
