Immigration Attorney The candidate will focus on broad-based business immigration matters, with a specific focus on the PERM labor certification, RFE, and H-1B. Will counsel clients through the PERM labor certification process from start to finish. Oversee all aspects of preparing and filing non-immigrant (L, H, TN, O, E) and immigrant (PERM, I-130, EB1A, B & C, I-140, I-485) petitions and applications with government agencies and consulates. The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school. Must have 1+ year of experience as a business immigration attorney with PERM labor certification experience. Should preferably have experience in preparing and filling on-immigrant (L, H, TN, O, E) and immigrant (EB1A, B & C, I-140, I-485) petitions. Experience filing PERM cases and all green-card related petitions is needed.
