Attorney Candidate must have: Experience and a track record of success in the areas of Trust & Estates, Real Estate and Corporate cases. Attorney with Transactional or Litigation experience. Experience working with clients that are satisfied with case. Understanding of estate tax issues and excellent client relation skills; counseling clients on advanced planning tools including advising clients with tax-exempt organizations such as private foundations. Should include entity formation (LLCs,s Corporations, Partnerships); mergers and acquisitions; contracts; corporate governance; commercial leases and general transactional counseling. Have excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, communication and sharp negotiation skills. Ability to handle cases from beginning to completion with minimal supervision. Have accomplishments based on results achieved for clients.
