Foreclosure Attorney This candidate will be doing condominium and home owners association lien foreclosure work (which is very similar to mortgage foreclosure work). Must admitted with 1+ years' experience in plaintiffs (mortgage) foreclosures. Must have experience drafting typical foreclosure documents such as a lis pendens, Summons & Complaint and the motions associated with a typical foreclosure action.
