Litigation / e-Discovery Paralegal The candidate will conduct research to support legal proceedings. Will assist with the drafting and reviewing of Complaints, Answers, Motions, Subpoenas, and other legal documents. Monitor case status and keep track of important deadlines. Catalog and track discovery requests and documents/information received. Record and store client information and documentation. Coordinate with attorneys to help prepare for depositions and trials. Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience is needed. Must have experience with e-Discovery and the related document review platforms. Familiarity with legal research is advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skill is essential.
