Litigation Paralegal The candidate will respond to and propound written discovery. Will calendar all dates with use of Abacus software. Draft meet and confer letters. Schedule depositions, hearings, defense medical exams. Strict compliance with schedule of assigned appointments. Should have University program or 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in personal injury is required. Should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
