Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: Creating, revising and editing documents; motion briefing; cite checking; bluebooking; shepardizing case law; performing legal research; familiarity with local state and federal court rules; document collections and productions; supervising and managing vendor work. Managing discovery responses, subpoenas, e-discovery, depositions, and exhibits; witness preparation. Other aspects of this position will be and general day-to-day non-client tasks. Closely monitoring case calendars and keeping the partners and team apprised daily of necessary information. Qualifications: Experience with civil procedure, legal calendaring, and court dockets is preferred.? A college degree and/or a paralegal certificate is required. Stellar organizational skills, a good sense of time and priority management, dependability, reliability, professionalism, and communication.? Client focus, composure, and good judgment are essential.?Proficiency in document review database software; ability to manage pre-trial logistics and tasks, and willingness to travel for and attend trial.?
