Immigration Paralegal The candidate Should have 2-5 years of experienceand training in various immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applications. Candidate must be able to successfully multi-task in a deadline-drivenenvironment. This position will participate in all aspects of the firm sBusiness Immigration and growing Global Mobility practice, including workingclosely with attorney in case review and analysis, preparing drafts and filingfinal employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, including H-1,L-1, E-1/E 2, I-140 EB1 and EB2, I-526, PERM Labor Certification, J-1 WaiversPetitions. Assist with management of client relationships. Must have Bachelor's degree with three years of progressive business immigrationexperience. A combination of training, education and experience thatDemonstrates ability to perform higher-end duties of the position maysubstitute for formal education requirement. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred. Must be able tocommunicate diplomatically and effectively in writing and verbally in bothlanguages.
