Land Use and Environmental Associate Attorney The candidate should have strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and be admitted to practice in New York. Must have 3+ years of experience in land use and environmental law. Should have experience with assisting clients in obtaining municipal zoning approvals with attention to wetlands, threatened and endangered species and similar issues. Experience in Federal and NYS air, water, RCRA, NEPA, SEQRA, solid waste regulatory programs, including compliance, permitting and enforcement is required.
