Paralegal The candidate should have Bachelors Degree. Should have Paralegal Certificate. Should have8+ years of experience in California Paralegal in Family Law and civil cases. Outstanding customer service to Clients, vendors and business affiliates are required. Proficient in MS Word; Essential Forms and/or Legal Solutions is needed. Preparation and organization of case pleadings, notes and legal documents relating to Family Law, Business and Real Estate matters is preferred. Knowledge of local practices, court forms, rules and filing procedures is essential.
