Candidate must have 2+ years experience in a litigation or administrative/regulatory practice. Judicial clerkship or regulated industry experience are especially is welcome, and relevant energy industry or environmental experience is preferred. Must have academic record that exhibits excellent interpersonal, writing, and research skills.
