Litigation Attorney - Insurance Defense The candidate should have an active license in good standing with The Florida Bar. Must have 2+ years of experience in defense of first-party property claims litigation, and possess excellent and persuasive verbal and writing skills. Exceptional time management and organizational skills and a commitment to the delivery of exceptional work-product and advocacy practice are required. Proficiency in technology and program resources including all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), web-based meeting and litigation management programs, electronic timekeeping, and billing software is needed. Experience in court proceedings, depositions, mediations; as well as litigation strategy planning with clients is a must.
