Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate should have 2 years of significant personal injury experience. Must have experience in handling all aspects of the litigation process; from intake through trial preparation. High level of attention to detail in writing is required; proofreading or editing skill set is necessary. Must have ability to manage deadlines with multiple priorities, work under pressure, and appropriately handle confidential information. Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of personnel in the firm to include clients. The ideal candidate will have stable work history and possess strong technical proficiency, organizational, and analytical skills. Reports to Trial Attorney. Extensive client contact. Drafting correspondence, discovery, and other litigation related documents. Document production. Correspondence with medical offices. Schedule deposition. Assists with trial preparation. Maintain calendars. Create and/or maintain meticulous records, spreadsheets, and files. Settlement breakdowns. Meet deadlines. Responsible for managing the day-to-day legal casework. Other related tasks as assigned.
