Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate should have Paralegal Certification A. Should have 2+ years of experience in all areas of personal injury litigation. Must have experience drafting Bill of Particulars, Summons and Complaints, responses to demands, trial preparation, e-filing, etc. Must have a working knowledge of NY No-fault and SUM arbitration. Extensive interaction with clients is required. Must have knowledge of Excel, Microsoft word, and of basic office equipment usage.
