Paralegal Bankruptcy / Criminal / Personal Injury The candidate will manage prior experience in either Bankruptcy or Criminal is required. Experience in bankruptcy law firm experience is strongly preferred, but applicants with a solid work history in the legal or business field will be considered. Should have 2+ years of experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role. Prior experience as a criminal or traffic infraction paralegal is also a very strong plus. Must have knowledge of both the Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy process and have the ability to skillfully draft petitions, schedules and plans, pleadings, motions, and client communications to assist with new and on-going cases. Experience using Best Case is a plus. Computer skills should include a proficiency with MS office programs and experience with electronic court filing.
