Staff Attorney - Discovery The candidate's responsibilities include: Drafting discovery and responses; Review and assessment of medical records, depositions and other legal documents; Drafting medical chronologies, billing summaries and memorandum of law; Drafting reports. 2+ years of litigation experience (Plaintiff or Defense) required. Solid knowledge of state court procedures required. Must be attentive to deadlines, document control and management. Must be able to draft Summaries and Case Status reports, assist in the preparation of discovery, and prepare witness and exhibit lists. Must have a high level of computer expertise, including Word and Acrobat. Time Matters experience a plus. Florida Bar member in good standing required.
