Legal Secretary The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience and possess: Strong knowledge of state & federal court filing rules & procedures, including extensive experience with all forms of e-filing; Excellent word processing and other computer skills, with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, and Excel); Ease with formatting letters, briefs, and other legal documents, including Table of Authorities and Table of Contents, with particular attention to detail and the rules of court; Experience with litigation calendaring and filing; Strong interpersonal and phone skills, and comfort speaking with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel; Facility with Adobe Acrobat preferred; Must be willing to work independently and, at times, under pressure; Spanish language skills a plus.
