Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate will handle daily client contact and support. Assist with draft and review of legal documents. Drafting of settlement proposals and correspondence. Assist with litigation (pleadings and discovery). Must have previous experience in personal injury and preferably also worker's compensation. Should have strong interpersonal skills - the position entails direct client contact. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed. Must know CPT and ICD-10 coding.
