Tax and Finance Paralegal Duties: Supporting International Tax practice group. A critical part of client service teams, working side by side with lawyers, co-counsel and clients on an array of substantive client matters. Work independently and on teams, locally, nationally and globally. Will prepare and file foreign (overseas) corporate entities. Will research foreign law, rules and regulations regarding formation of overseas corporations. Will include for assisting with transfer pricing reports and similar projects involving narrative and quantitative analyses. Will also assist with other projects that may be assigned or required within the tax group including assistance with tax litigation matters. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate years' experience as a Tax paralegal. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong writing skills and the ability to draft complex legal documents. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are required to interact with staff, paralegals, attorneys, and clients on a daily basis. Preferred Requirements: 5 years' experience as a Corporate paralegal. Strong corporate experience with handling, processing documents and project management. Corporate transactions experience such as acquisitions and mergers.
