Residential Real Estate Closing Paralegal The candidate will work with a team of professionals when handling residential closings for the clients of firm. Prepare settlement statements for residential closings. Review purchase contracts to determine closing deadlines, etc. Communicate with developers regarding scheduling of upcoming land acquisition closings. Work with lenders who provide major credit facilities to our home builder clients. Update title and record necessary documents to complete closing. Balance and fund files post closing. Must have previous experience in residential real estate closings. Should preferably have familiarity with residential home builder closings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is needed.
