Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years experience in handling civil litigation matters. This position principally handles litigation matters for both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and business litigation. Experience with depositions, hearings and mediations is preferred. Excellent advocacy and writing skills are a must. Active member of the Texas State Bar preferred.
