Attorney Duties : Will be responsible for performing creditors rights related legal services, including, but not limited to, bankruptcy, litigation, foreclosure, loss mitigation, probate, title, and evictions. Communicate with clients, debtors, attorneys, in addition to other attorneys within the firm to coordinate foreclosure, eviction, litigation, and bankruptcy efforts. Draft pleadings, motions, certifications, objections, orders, memoranda, and letters, as well as making court appearances, if necessary. Performs additional duties as requested. Requirements : The candidate should be Doctor of Jurisprudence with a concentration in bankruptcy, mortgage banking, real property, or commercial law. Must be licensed to practice law or getting licensed in the State of Nevada. Experience in the mortgage, title, debtor/creditor or banking industry. Must be PC literate and able to rapidly adapt to a variety of data base systems. Must have ability to represent the company in various forums to foster the desires and image of the company in the community. Preferably should have 1 year of relevant experience.
