Mechanical Associate Attorney Candidate will be involved in prosecuting patent applications, drafting new patent applications, advising clients on questions of patentability and rendering patentability opinions. Must have: (1) a strong academic record, (2) a bachelor s degree in mechanical, aerospace, civil, or similar engineering, and (3) 1+ year of experience as an Examiner at the USPTO or a patent prosecution associate.
