Title : Litigation Attorney

Litigation Attorney The candidate will handle collection matters, civil litigation, foreclosures, writs of execution and post-judgment collection matters for large client base. Draft pleadings, motions and other filings. Attend hearings and court appearances on behalf of the law firm. Communicate with clients, internal staff and others to ensure cases are handled appropriately. Review Legal Notices and other legal documents for form and correctness. Prioritize and manage an assigned portfolio of work at a fast pace on a high volume of files, with a great attention to detail. Monitor quality control through drafting and review of reports and inputting and maintaining information into a case management system to ensure data integrity. Will be an organized and detail oriented, superior communicator (both oral and written communications are key to our practice), who works well in a group or individually. Must be licensed in Maryland. DC and VA a plus. Should preferably have 1-3 years of experience, but recently licensed attorneys with relevant background are also encouraged to apply.
