Part-time Litigation Staff Attorney The candidate will support the Governmental Services and other Litigation Practice Groups with depositions, hearings and drafting pleadings. Must have 3 years of litigation experience, familiarity with representing governmental entities including schools and law enforcement, experience with 42 U.S.C 1983 and federal courts, and must have a good academic record, and excellent research and writing skills.
