Candidate's practice includes matters relating to Removal Proceedings with emphasis on Asylum Applications, Cancellation of Removal, and In Court Adjustments; USCIS filing of I-130's, I-485's, I-360's, I-601A's, Consular Processing, 212h Waivers, U-Visa's, BIA Appeals and Ninth Circuit Appeals, and Employment/ Business based Immigration. Must have excellent writing, verbal communication, and organizational skills.
